All of our one to one and small group personal training programmes begin with a FREE initial consultation. This helps us find out what type of person/people you are, what you like, dislike your current state of health and also define your personal objectives. This is essential to every programme as it not only gives us an agreed starting point but also gives us a target to measure your progress against. This session will also allow us to get to know each other before our training begins. We will then put together a structured and realistic programme specifically designed to deliver maximum results in the minimum amount of time. Finally, we always endeavour to pass on our knowledge of health, nutrition and fitness to you, in hope that you will be inspired to make the lasting behavioural changes necessary which will enable you to reach your true potential in all areas of your life
